Jeffrey H. Craven lives along the Snake River with his wife Nancy, in a studio that he built from an old homestead home. He attended Idaho State University in Fine Art and worked as an illustrator for the Department of Energy before choosing to be a full-time professional artist in 1979. Having a profound connection to nature, as an artist I strive to breathe life into each canvas, depicting the allure of the natural world.

Fishing, too, is a passion of mine, a skill that binds me even more deeply to nature's rhythms. I reside in Rigby, Idaho, where I’m continuously inspired by the beauty around me.
