Residing in the Western United States provides numerous chances to explore the remarkable National Parks and monuments that grace our planet, yet sometimes, despite our proximity, we may not have visited or even heard of these treasures. Our artists have the distinct privilege of experiencing nature's wonders as part of their profession.

Josh Elliot exemplifies a man and artist who genuinely appreciates the beauty of the natural world. Born, raised, and still living in Montana, he has spent his life admiring and becoming familiar with the outdoors. This deep appreciation is beautifully reflected in the pieces he has meticulously crafted for us to enjoy. Through countless hours and patience, he creates a visual representation of his interpretation of beauty and a depiction of his truth.

While all of his works are nothing short of spectacular, we are fortunate to have two pieces in our gallery that stand out. These artworks are special not only because of Josh's remarkable talent but also due to the location they depict. Situated in Northeastern Arizona, Canyon de Chelly is a significant national monument. Beyond its breathtaking beauty, it encompasses over 5,000 years of native history on Navajo tribal lands.

The first piece showcased is a stunning 36 x 48 inch oil painting titled "Light Silvers," set in The Canyon de Chelly by Josh Elliot.

We are equally amazed by "Desert Varnish," a 27 x 54 inch oil painting by Josh Elliot, also set in Canyon de Chelly, due to its grand size and accuracy to its name.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have these pieces displayed on our walls and to have the opportunity to collaborate with Josh Elliot. He is a celebrated landscape artist who has received numerous accolades, including the 2d Award at the Buffalo Bill Art Show and Sale in 2016. We hope that someone from our amazing art community will be able to acquire one of these works for their collection in the future. We are also eager to see what Josh creates next as he continues to honor beauty and truth.
